E-Nite Vision
The Book of Acts Coming Alive
Mission Statement E-Nite exists to Equip and Encourage God’s people in finding their purpose.
Vision E-Nite, a ministry of Realdeal Ministries International, purposes to enhance the callings (destinies) exhibited in the people of God using the intimate setting of a home or smaller venue.
The following E-words form the framework of the vision:
Equipping – We are committed to seeing the release of the 5-fold ministry available to the Body of Christ according to
Ephesians 4:11-13
“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;”
Encouraging – With so much discouragement around us, we endeavor to give increase or confidence of success, inspiring one another with courage, spirit, and strength of mind.
Encounter – My desire is that we as a group will encounter God in a fresh way. One definition of encounter says it this way, “To meet (God and each other) with mutual kindness”, and also, “Eager and warm conversation in love.” Our prayer is that these words characterize or gatherings together each week.
Engage – Coming against counter productive religion, faulty ideology, and bad theology that are our real enemy since Satan is already under our feet.
Enthusiasm - To infuse a divine spirit from God into one another – inspiring extravagant hope and confidence of success with noble passion. Helping to develop a warm imagination birthed by God and Him alone with an ardent zeal no man can put out.
Entice – The word is to lay firebrands together, or to stir the fire in an effort to provoke a larger fire to instigate exciting hope.
Hebrews 10:24
“And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,”
2 Timothy 1:6
“Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.”
Entreat – To ask earnestly; to beseech; to petition or pray with urgency to the Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus with the Holy Spirit. We will pray together.
Exalt – We will elevate with joy and confidence also in estimation and praise – we magnify, praise and extol our Great King and Savior, Jesus the Messiah. We will have passionate worship each E-Nite using the gifts of those that God has placed amongst us and from the body of Christ as a whole.
Excellent – We will emphasize the great value each of us have in God. Because of the nature of Christ in us, “the hope of glory”, we are remarkable for good properties. We will come to understand that we are complete in Christ and we need nothing else. This is what makes us excellent. All of the above definitions are from Webster’s Dictionary published in 1828. Many of the definitions of that time were used in a Biblical context. I took the liberty to weave a definition of a word together that had multiple points to define the word.
The following points will be more specific on how this fleshes out for us who are involved with E-Nite:
1. To create a platform for the local Body of Christ of all ages to be engaged in ministry.
2. To effectively reach out to the surrounding community of believers and pre-believers, while mobilizing to partner with other churches desiring to reach their communities with the Great News of the Kingdom of Christ.
3. To engage in book of Acts like activity where we will be committed to teaching Biblical doctrine, healthy fellowship, breaking of bread (communion), water baptisms, concerted prayer, signs and wonders, prophetic utterance, grace-filled comm with one another, concern and compassion taking care of the household of faith, and also our neighbors, the sharing of meals from house to house, given to the practice of hospitality - Keeping the presentation of the gospel simple.
4. To equip and encourage the body of Christ with various ministries who are making an impact and would help enrich the lives of the local community.
