Having been a Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, and a minister with non-profits for over 30 years; Being burdened for men and their relationships with their children, he along with his son Jordan, feel commissioned by God to speak life into the truths found in the Word regarding Family Honor straight from the heart of the Father, Jesus.

The above 4 F's sum up the measure of meaning in my life. Normally when you saw an F across the top of a paper it meant failure. The greatest things I have done in my life have come out of my relationships. I have had the privilege of being God's friend for 33 years and He has been faithful to hold up His end of the friendship even when I didn't hold up my end. He called me out to serve Him from the point I placed my hope and faith in His Son, Jesus. Following His lead, we accomplished 30 years of ministry with the best yet to come.

- Local/Church Worship Leader for 15 years
- Lead Pastor and Founder of All Nations Outreach Center and House of Prayer in Urban Tampa, FL for over 10 years
- Founder and Director of RealDeal Ministries International. Also has helped to direct other community development boards and 501C3's, including Operation Handclasp and Sulphur Springs Alliance
- Non-Profit Management, Stop Hunger Now - Assistant Program Manager and Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child - Shipping Manager and domestic Missions Floor Manager
- Encourager to the Church, Speaker to men and families
- The DECK Conference, which is a platform that brings all generations together to hear each other's voice of understanding about God's truths.
