The Church and Eclectic Life Giving Groups Vision

On Thursday,  June 2nd, 2016  we launched Eclectic, a gathering for two types of the potential church.

1.  God told us that there were a lot of people wounded by the church or disenfranchsied by the church for some reason and He has called us to "rally the troops" and bring them home, help them heal, and plant them back into the local church body as God leads.

2.   God also told us to gather the leaders, help them grow to a deeper walk with Him, and send them out into the mission field, each leading a group of their own.

3.    God said, gather the troops that have rallied from each Eclectic Life Giving Group once a month and celebrate what God is doing within each small group.  Have a meal together, worship, and share in His goodness.

Contact Steve Deal for more information at 813-787-7734 or email us at These groups will eventually be planted throughout the city. We will be happy to give you a location when you call.

Here are some pictures from the very first Eclectic Life Group in St. Augustine, FL.  This Life Group focus is on Leaders and Lovers.  This is an open group and we welcome you to contact us for details and come and participate with us. It meets every Monday Night. We will be adding back a Thursday night in the near future.

We are believing God for a buidling on Vilano Beach, just minutes from the historic district, that would serve as a missions training base and sending center with enough space to accommodate 12 to 16 students,  2 to 4 leaders, and gatherings of 50 to 75 people in a home fellowship type setting.  We continually look for a property that will meet this criteria believing God for provision as it is revealed.

Properties we are praying about at present will cost 1.6 million dollars to purchase. The two story  building could house 12 students.  There is a seperate kitchen on each floor although it is one building.  This makes it perfect for men to be on one floor and ladies on another. Our family and/or leadership could be in the one story building. These buildings share an outdoor space.  It is across the street from a "community garden" where students could mingle within the community and have an impact.  There is also a community center, tennis courts and basketball courts across from this property. The price is a bit daunting, but God can do anything.  Please pray with us as this property is perfect for the vision of the training center, but God knows that perfect place.

The address is 136 Lawn Avenue and 140 Lawn Avenue, St. Augustine, FL  32084

Using a house that can be zoned for business on Vilano Beach in St. Augustine, FL  or a commercial building that can be transformed into a coffee bar and cafe that would serve as a place of connection for the future church.   Having a quality health foray and excellent coffee with hopes of drawing in folks to connect with for the purposes of Kingdom relationships. There would be live music nights, art, poetry, and the spoken Word. We would employ students involved with the ministry and the training center, locals, and Flagler college students.

We are believing that from this coffee shop would spring forth a part of the Eclectic Church, “the called out ones from various backgrounds and places, cultures, or situations who are becoming friends of God.”

Our hearts and passion is to eventually develop the church into a performing arts venue where artists of all kinds find their place in the Kingdom of God.
